These Transaction Terms govern every transaction you enter into through the AgroHub platform (operated by AgroHub Global (Pvt) Ltd, SECP CUIN 0342558). By ticking “I agree” and confirming a transaction, you enter into a binding agreement on these terms, together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Risk Warning. If you do not agree, do not confirm the transaction.
A transaction is between the participating parties (e.g. a Buyer and Seller, or a financed party and a partner institution). AgroHub acts as a facilitator/agent (Wakil) and, where it expressly acts as principal (e.g. under a Murabaha), as a contracting party for that step. AgroHub does not take deposits or hold client funds; money is handled by a licensed bank or payment provider.
These terms apply to, as applicable: marketplace sales of goods; Islamic finance structures (Murabaha, Salam, Musharakah, Ijara); warehouse-receipt (EWR) stock finance; input supply and equipment rental; and logistics bookings. The specific commercial details (goods, quantity, price, dates, structure) are those shown to you at the point of the transaction and form part of this agreement.
You agree to the price and the platform service fee displayed before you confirm (see our Fee Schedule). Platform fees are service/facilitation fees (Ju'ala / Wakala) — not interest — and are separate from any financing profit of a partner bank. Where two parties both benefit, each may pay a fee for the service they receive. Payment is made through AgroHub's nominated licensed bank/payment provider; AgroHub's fee is netted at settlement or deducted at disbursement.
Delivery, grading and acceptance terms are as specified in the transaction. Risk and title pass in accordance with the applicable Islamic structure. Where required, Takaful (Islamic insurance) may be arranged; Takaful and other risk measures are mitigations, not guarantees. The Seller warrants the goods are as described, lawful and permissible (halal).
Each transaction is intended to follow an approved Islamic structure and to be free of riba (interest), gharar (excessive uncertainty) and haram goods. Shariah structures follow the financing partner's approved templates; independent Shariah-board certification is in progress. Questions of Shariah interpretation are referred to the relevant Shariah advisor/board.
On settlement, the licensed provider releases the net amount to the receiving party and remits AgroHub's fee. For financed transactions, AgroHub's fee may be deducted at disbursement. You authorise these deductions by confirming the transaction.
For [12] months after AgroHub introduces a counterparty to you, you will not transact with that counterparty off-platform for the purpose of avoiding AgroHub's fee; if you do on business originating from the introduction, the fee remains payable. This does not affect genuine, documented prior relationships.
If a party fails to perform: Murabaha exposures are secured by the goods; Musharakah (equity) losses are shared in proportion to the investment; Salam involves defined delivery obligations. Remedies follow the applicable structure and Pakistani law. AgroHub is a facilitator and is not liable as guarantor of a counterparty's performance unless it expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution (including via AgroHub's support); failing that, disputes are subject to arbitration in Pakistan or the courts of Pakistan.
You agree that ticking “I agree” and confirming a transaction constitutes your electronic signature and consent to this agreement. AgroHub may record the acceptance (identity, the version of these terms, the transaction reference and the date/time) as evidence of the agreement.
AgroHub is a pilot / pre-launch platform. Nothing here is an offer of securities, financial advice, or a guarantee of return; agri-finance carries risk, including loss of capital. Figures shown elsewhere on the site may be illustrative. See our Risk Warning.
