Privacy Policy — AgroHub

About AgroHub & our status. AgroHub Global (Pvt) Ltd — incorporated in Pakistan and registered with the SECP (CUIN 0342558). AgroHub is a pre-launch platform and is not yet a licensed financial institution; a regulatory sandbox application is in process. AgroHub does not take deposits or hold client funds — any regulated financial activity is arranged with or through licensed partner institutions. Shariah advisory engagement is in progress and independent Shariah-board certification is pending. Figures, deals and dashboards shown across the site are illustrative or sample data unless stated otherwise.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Account details — name, business/farm name, email, phone, city.
Identity / KYC — CNIC and, where relevant, land/lease evidence and bank/wallet details (see our KYC & Data Protection Policy).
Farm & business data — crop, location, volumes, and finance/trade requests you submit.
Usage data — pages viewed and basic analytics (Google Analytics), used to improve the site.

3. How we use it

To provide and operate the platform; verify identity and meet AML/CFT obligations; match you to Shariah-structured finance, inputs, buyers and logistics; communicate with you; and comply with law. We do not use your data to make automated credit decisions without human review, and we do not sell your data.

4. Identity & KYC documents

CNIC and identity documents are never collected through public marketing forms. They are provided securely after sign-up and stored in an encrypted, access-controlled, audit-logged store, used only for identity verification and AML screening, and retained per SBP/SECP requirements. 5. Sharing

We share data only as needed: with licensed partner banks and payment providers to arrange regulated activity (under agreements), with identity/AML providers (e.g. NADRA verification), and where required by law. We never sell personal data to advertisers.

6. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, least-privilege access and MFA for staff/admin. See the Security section for details.

7. Retention & your rights

We keep personal data only as long as necessary or as required by SBP/SECP and AAOIFI-aligned standards. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention duties) by emailing info@agrohub.pk.

8. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform develops; the effective date above will change accordingly.
