Shariah-structured products for every participant on AgroHub — farmer, buyer, supplier, transporter, investor. Every structure a real trade in a real asset; not one rupee of riba anywhere on this page.
Get working capital for seeds, fertiliser, and equipment. Fund your export operation. No collateral required for smallholder farmers.
Three core instruments — each serving different needs for sellers, buyers, and investors. Input suppliers and logistics partners are financed too — see value-chain finance below.
The bank/investor buys the goods at cost and sells them to you at a fixed, disclosed markup. No interest — just a transparent profit margin agreed upfront.
A joint venture where investor and farmer/exporter share capital, profits, and losses in agreed ratios. True partnership — the most authentic Islamic finance instrument.
Buyer pays in full upfront for a commodity to be delivered at a specified future date. Farmers get advance cash; buyers secure price and supply. A classical structure of Islamic trade finance. This is AgroHub's core transaction shape — every Offtake Desk forward lot follows it. No Salam originates before the Shariah Supervisory Board rules.
Choosing the right Shariah-structured instrument for your needs
Farmers and buyers aren't the only ones who need capital. AgroHub arranges Shariah-structured finance for the input suppliers and logistics partners that keep the chain moving — so a lot financed at the farm gate reaches the port without a break.
Seed, fertiliser and agrochemical dealers stock up ahead of the season without interest. AgroHub arranges Murabaha to fund your inventory — you repay as farmers draw down against verified input orders. Growing dealers can partner via Musharakah instead.
Transporters and cold-chain operators acquire trucks, reefers and cold storage through Ijārah (Islamic lease) — no riba. Choose a straight lease or Ijārah Muntahia Bittamleek (lease-to-own). Takaful cover is built in, and rentals are matched to your haulage cash flow.
Structure an agricultural asset. Enter an amount to see the commodity volume it would buy at today's spot price — a worked example of how a Salam structure prices, with zero riba. It is not a forecast, not a return, and not an offer.
Longer Salam durations earn a larger discount to spot — the farmer gets capital further ahead of harvest, the financier earns a greater price differential.
Sellers apply for farm finance. Buyers apply for purchase credit. All Shariah-structured.

What you owe on this harvest — a free tool for every farmer, not an AgroHub product.
Ushr is due once at harvest, before any other deduction, on land you own or have permanent rights to cultivate — separate from Zakat on savings and gold. Nisab (~653 kg, roughly 5 wasq of the staple grain) is the minimum harvest size below which no Ushr is owed. This is a plain estimate for guidance only — confirm the fiqh specifics of your case with a qualified scholar or your local mosque before paying.
Simple, transparent, and Shariah-structured end-to-end.
All structures are prepared for review by an independent Shariah board (appointment in progress) before listing
No structure on this page is presented as Shariah-approved until these seats are filled and the Board has ruled.
Everything you need to know about Islamic finance on AgroHub
Small-ticket, Shariah-structured finance for smallholder farmers across Pakistan. No bank branch. No guarantor. No riba. Designed to reach you through your phone.
Conventional banks require collateral, branch visits, and months of paperwork. Islamic banks serve the top tier. Nobody serves the farmer who needs PKR 20,000 for fertiliser before the kharif crop. AgroHub Nano Finance is built for exactly that farmer — digitally, and without a single rupee of interest.
The short version. The full four-gate discipline every asset passes is on the Proving Ground.
Nano Murabaha disburses as seed, fertiliser and inputs delivered from approved suppliers — the supplier is paid directly, which removes the single biggest risk in agricultural credit before it can exist. Financing is provided by licensed institutions; AgroHub verifies the farmer, structures the deal, and monitors the field by satellite until settlement. No nano product is live yet — and we say so.
Pakistan's women farmers — who manage 60–70% of on-farm labour but own less than 3% of agricultural land — get priority access, higher limits, and dedicated AgroHub agents. We aim to make Islamic nano finance an instrument of land equity, not just liquidity.
Pakistan's agricultural credit demand exceeds PKR 1.6 trillion annually. Formal institutions supply barely PKR 600 billion — almost entirely through interest-based (riba) products. The smallholder farmers who grow most of Pakistan's food — roughly three in four of 11.7 million farm households — sit outside formal credit. AgroHub Islamic Microfinance exists to close that gap using capital from Malaysia and the GCC, structured for Shariah compliance — instruments subject to Shariah Supervisory Board review (appointment in progress).
These are the farmers and entrepreneurs AgroHub Islamic Microfinance is built for.
Farms 8 acres of basmati rice. Needs PKR 1.2M to buy a combined harvester jointly with 4 neighbouring farmers. ZTBL rejected — no collateral beyond the land. Banks want 25% down payment he doesn't have.
Tends 3 acres of Chaunsa mangoes. Her husband passed away. Buyers offer 30% below market because she has no cold storage — fruit spoils in 3 days of harvest. Needs PKR 800K for a 10-ton cold room.
Runs a small rice milling unit serving 60 local farmers. Needs PKR 3M to upgrade his hulling machines for export-grade polishing. Current output doesn't meet GCC buyers' broken-rice tolerance standards.
Recent floods destroyed his 12-acre cotton crop. No insurance. No savings. Loan sharks charging 40% per month. He has a CNIC, a satellite-verified farm record, and 15 years of cotton growing experience.
Unlike conventional banks that charge fixed monthly instalments regardless of harvest timing, AgroHub microfinance repayments are structured around when farmers actually earn.
These are the institutions AgroHub's model is designed to work through — amplifying reach without duplicating infrastructure. The roles below describe the intended integration; none is a signed partnership unless separately announced.
Join as an AgroHub seller first — your marketplace profile becomes your credit identity. Our finance team will contact you within 48 hours of your application.
Wholesalers, kiryana stores, food processors, restaurants and individual buyers shouldn't need collateral or a branch visit to buy on the AgroHub local marketplace. Any buyer with a valid CNIC and a bank, Raast, or mobile-wallet account can apply for an interest-free (riba-free) purchase limit structured under Murabaha.
Purchase facilities (Murabaha) are available. The cash facility (Tawarruq) is shown for transparency but is not offered pending our Shariah Board’s ruling.
Buy a small lot on the local marketplace today and pay over 3–6 months at a fixed, pre-agreed margin. AgroHub buys the goods and on-sells them to you — no interest. Perfect for kiryana stores and individual buyers.
Bulk-buy grains, fruit or inputs for resale or processing and repay over 6–12 months. For wholesalers, food processors and restaurants. Limit grows with your AgroHub purchase history.
Cash rather than goods, via a commodity Tawarruq. Not currently offered. Organised tawarruq is the most contested structure in Islamic finance — the OIC Islamic Fiqh Academy ruled against it in 2009, while some jurisdictions permit it. We will not originate it unless our Shariah Supervisory Board rules it permissible.
Apply in about two minutes with just your CNIC and account. Terms are shown in full before you accept; structures are drafted to AAOIFI reference (SSB appointment in progress).
