Every asset on AgroHub walks the same road: Origination → Verification → Structuring → Live. Four gates, each with evidence requirements — and no asset skips a gate, whoever brings it. This page shows the road itself.

What this page is not

Nothing here is open for investment or subscription, and no return is quoted anywhere. Real assets that clear the final gate carry a VCA reference and live in the gated asset registry, offered only through licensed partners. What we publish is the discipline, because the discipline is the product.

The Road

Four gates. Each one can say no.

A gate that cannot reject is decoration. Under each gate: what must be proven to pass — and what happens when it isn't.

Origination

A real party, on the record
  • Identity — CNIC / NTN, cross-checked against corporate & trade registries
  • The claim — crop, acreage, tonnage, location, stated by the grower
  • Provenance — who introduced the asset, logged (dealer-agent code or direct)
Fails here → never enters the pipeline. Most stop here.

Verification

The claim, tested from orbit
  • GPS boundary — the field pinned, mapped area compared against the claimed acres
  • Satellite history — multi-year Sentinel-2 archive read for the plot itself
  • DD score — the due-diligence engine grades the file; unscored means unfinanceable
Fails here → returned with reasons. The satellite does not negotiate.

Structuring

Fitted to the right instrument
  • Instrument fit — Salam, Murabaha, Ijara or Musharakah, chosen for the cycle, not the fashion
  • Safeguards attached — in-kind disbursement, warehouse receipt where possible, Takaful per deal
  • Shariah review — drafted to AAOIFI reference; waits for the Supervisory Board's ruling
Fails here → restructured or shelved. Salam holds at this gate until the Board rules.

Live

A named, referenced asset
  • VCA reference minted — a Verified Crop Asset with a stage timeline on the ledger
  • Access controlled — the dossier opens per-party, by expiring grant, not to the public
  • Offered lawfully — through licensed partner institutions, to qualified parties only
And even here: monitoring continues every satellite pass, until settlement.

The pipeline's value is not the assets inside it today — it is that nothing inside it got there any other way.

  • Gate I — passed
    Cooperative verified against registry; introduction logged from a dealer-agent code; the claim entered: paddies, acres, expected tonnage.
  • Gate II — passed
    Fields GPS-pinned; satellite-mapped area within tolerance of the claim; three seasons of archive read for the plots; DD file scored and banded.
  • Gate III — structured
    Fitted as Musharakah for the venture, Murabaha for buyer credit on the offtake side. Warehouse receipt planned at harvest; Takaful scoped per contract. Shariah file drafted to AAOIFI reference.
  • Gate IV — would go live
    A VCA reference would be minted and the dossier offered through a licensed partner to qualified parties. This specimen stops here, deliberately — it exists to show the road, not to sell the destination.
