Registration is done by you, directly with the government portal or bank. Any person or website asking for a fee, or asking for your CNIC and bank details to "process" your application, is a fraud. AgroHub will never ask you to pay for a government scheme.

Kissan Card (Punjab) confirm current limit

Punjab · interest-free input finance · applications through Bank of Punjab

A card the Punjab government issues to farmers so they can buy seed, fertiliser and diesel on interest-free credit — the government pays the mark-up. Repayment is normally aligned to the Rabi or Kharif harvest (around six months).

Who qualifies: Punjab resident, farmland recorded with PLRA (reported as roughly 1–25 acres), valid CNIC, SIM registered on your own CNIC, and not a defaulter at any bank (eCIB check).
How much: Calculated per acre with a per-season cap. Reported figures differ — Rs 30,000/acre with a Rs 150,000 cap is widely quoted, and an increase to Rs 300,000 has also been reported. Confirm the current limit on the official portal before you rely on it.
How to apply: Online through the Bank of Punjab, or by SMS to 8070.

Benazir Hari Card (Sindh)

Sindh · small farmers · issued through Sindh Bank

Sindh's equivalent programme for small growers — subsidised inputs and financial assistance, issued as a card through Sindh Bank. Status and payments can be checked online by CNIC.

سندھ حکومت کا چھوٹے کاشتکاروں کے لیے کارڈ — رعایتی بیج، کھاد اور مالی معاونت۔ سندھ بینک کے ذریعے۔ شناختی کارڈ سے آن لائن اسٹیٹس چیک کریں۔

Who qualifies: Small farmers in Sindh, reported as those holding up to 12.5 acres.
What you get: Subsidised seed and fertiliser and financial assistance; a subsidised urea component has been reported under the wheat assistance programme.
How to apply: Through the official Hari Card portal; status checkable by CNIC.

PM Youth Business & Agriculture Loan Scheme

Federal · ages roughly 21–45 · through partner banks

A federal scheme for young people starting or growing a business or farm, delivered through banks including NBP, Bank of Punjab, First Women Bank and ZTBL. The smallest tier is reported at 0% mark-up; larger tiers carry a subsidised rate.

Who qualifies: Pakistani citizens in the scheme's age band (reported 21–45), including start-ups, small business owners and farmers.
Tiers: Reported as three tiers — up to Rs 0.5M, Rs 0.5M–1.5M, and Rs 1.5M–7.5M.
How to apply: Online on the official PMYP portal, then through your chosen partner bank.

Solar tubewell subsidy (Punjab)

Punjab · converts diesel tubewells to solar · limited units per phase

A subsidy toward converting a diesel or grid tubewell to solar. Phases are capped at a fixed number of units and close on a deadline, so the practical constraint is applying early rather than eligibility.

Who qualifies: Punjab farmers with an existing agricultural tubewell; conditions are set per phase.
Subsidy: A large share of the system cost — reported up to 80% in the current phase.
How to apply: Through the Punjab Agriculture Department portal, within the phase's application window.

Green Tractor Scheme

Punjab · subsidised tractors · balloting

Subsidised tractors allocated to registered farmers, typically by ballot. Land ownership is verified against land records, and phases open and close — registration is only possible inside an open window.

رعایتی نرخ پر ٹریکٹر، عموماً قرعہ اندازی سے۔ زمین کی تصدیق ریکارڈ سے ہوتی ہے۔ درخواست صرف کھلے مرحلے میں دی جا سکتی ہے۔

Who qualifies: Farmers holding agricultural land within the phase's stated band (reported 2–50 acres), verified against land records.
How to apply: Through the Punjab Agriculture Department when a phase is open.

If a scheme doesn't cover you

Government schemes have hard edges: a province, an acreage band, an age limit, a closed application window, or a cap that is smaller than a season actually costs. Many working farmers fall outside all of them.
