About AgroHub & our status. AgroHub Global (Pvt) Ltd — incorporated in Pakistan and registered with the SECP (CUIN 0342558). AgroHub is a pre-launch platform and is not yet a licensed financial institution; a regulatory sandbox application is in process. AgroHub does not take deposits or hold client funds — any regulated financial activity is arranged with or through licensed partner institutions. Shariah advisory engagement is in progress and independent Shariah-board certification is pending. Figures, deals and dashboards shown across the site are illustrative or sample data unless stated otherwise.
1. Why we collect KYC
To verify identity and meet anti-money-laundering (AML/CFT) and partner-bank requirements, we collect Know-Your-Customer information from users who transact.
2. What we collect
- CNIC (front & back).
- Land ownership (fard) or tenancy/lease evidence, where relevant.
- Bank / branchless-wallet (e.g. JazzCash, Easypaisa) details for disbursal.
- Signed data & finance consent.
3. How we collect it
Identity documents are never uploaded through public or marketing forms. They are collected securely after sign-up, through an access-controlled channel.
4. How we store & use it
KYC data is held in an encrypted, access-controlled, audit-logged store. It is used only for identity verification (including NADRA verification), AML screening and servicing your account. It is never sold, and access is limited to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis. Retention follows SBP/SECP requirements.
5. Security measures
- Encryption — TLS 1.3 in transit and encryption at rest.
- Secure login & MFA — passwords are hashed; multi-factor authentication is used for staff/admin and offered to users.
- Access control — database-level row-level security and least-privilege roles.
- No card data — payments are handled by a licensed PCI-DSS gateway; AgroHub only ever sees a token (lightest PCI scope).
- Edge protection — Cloudflare WAF and DDoS protection; centralised audit logging.
- Assurance — an external penetration test is planned before any real funds move, then periodically.
6. Data breach
If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will act to contain it and notify affected users and regulators as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention duties) via info@agrohub.pk.
