🚢 Farm to Destination · End-to-End Agri Supply Chain

One verified supply chain —
from the farm gate in Pakistan to your warehouse abroad.

Every commodity on AgroHub — whether a spot sale, an export order, or a forward-financed lot — moves through the same verified, documented, Takaful-insured chain: inland transport, port handling, ocean and air freight, export documentation, and last-mile clearance, with satellite harvest-tracking and IoT cold-chain monitoring at every milestone. And for Salam and other forward-financed lots, this same chain doubles as the financier's repayment trail — delivery is settlement.

Skardu Cold Storage — the first link in GB's cold-chain to premium markets

AgroHub's first operating node: a fully equipped 200-MT cold store and grading facility in Skardu, run with our on-the-ground operating partner. It turns Gilgit-Baltistan's world-class cherries, apricots and apples from distress-priced farmgate produce into graded, cold-chained, export-ready lots — financed through AgroHub's Shariah-structured rails and moved to Gulf and premium buyers.

This is a cost guide, not a quote. Figures are indicative ranges built from published market rates and industry announcements, and are typically ±20% or wider. Actual prices move with diesel, season, crop peaks, vehicle availability and return loads. Nothing here is an offer, a commitment or a price AgroHub will honour — a firm rate is issued in writing by our operations desk for a specific shipment.

🗺️ The Complete Journey

Farm → Port → Export → Destination

Every commodity on AgroHub follows a verified, documented, insured supply chain — from the farm gate in Pakistan to the buyer's warehouse abroad. For Offtake Desk forward lots, this chain doubles as the financier's repayment trail.

🔀 Two Delivery Routes

The same verified chain serves both demand engines

Not every lot leaves the country. AgroHub moves produce to export buyers in the GCC and Malaysia and to domestic offtakers — licensed wheat handlers, flour and oil mills — substituting imports at home. Both routes share the same grading, satellite verification and Takaful cover; for forward-financed (Salam) lots, delivery is the financier's settlement either way.

🚢

Engine A — Export Route

Farm → grading → cold store → inland haul → port & customs → ocean/air freight → destination clearance. The full 7-step chain above, priced in USD, settling export-premium demand in the Gulf and SE Asia.

Karachi · Port Qasim → Dubai · Jeddah · Doha · Port Klang
🏭

Engine B — Domestic Route

A shorter chain: farm → grading → direct delivery to a licensed mill or wheat handler — no port, freight or customs leg. Priced in PKR (no FX mismatch), it replaces imported grain, edible oil and pulses at home.

Farm gate → flour/oil mills · post-PASSCO private handlers
❓ Common Questions

Logistics FAQ

Quick answers for exporters, buyers and financiers.

Who actually moves my cargo — AgroHub or a third party?
AgroHub is the coordinator, not the trucking company. We book through vetted carriers and freight forwarders, who in turn use the lines serving your corridor (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, PIL and others), manage the documentation, and give you one point of contact and one tracking dashboard. The trade-tech layer is intended to be powered by galaxefi®'s port community system connected to Karachi Port, Port Qasim and Pakistan Single Window.
How much does shipping a container to the Gulf cost?
Indicatively $800–1,400 for a dry FCL container from Karachi to GCC ports, with reefers carrying a 30–50% premium and LCL running ~$45–80/CBM. Air freight to Dubai is roughly $2.5–4.5/kg for premium perishables. Use the estimator above for a per-route figure, then request a firm quote — live rates move with season and fuel surcharges.
How long does delivery take end to end?
Ocean transit is 3–5 days to Dubai, 7–10 to Jeddah, 5–7 to Doha, 14–18 to Malaysia and 22–28 to Europe. Add 1–2 days inland haul to port (8–24 hours from most origins), 1–2 days port processing with pre-clearance, and 24–48 hours destination clearance for pre-approved importers.
Is the cargo insured in a Shariah-structured way?
Yes — every AgroHub shipment carries Takaful cargo cover (Pak-Kuwait Takaful, Takaful Pakistan, Pak-Qatar), all-risk from warehouse to warehouse: loss, theft, damage, reefer breakdown and general average. It is mandatory under CIF terms and strongly recommended on all others.
What if my buyer is inside Pakistan, not abroad?
Then your lot travels Engine B — the domestic route: farm → grading → direct delivery to a licensed flour or oil mill or private wheat handler. No port, freight or customs leg, priced in PKR with no FX mismatch. It shares the same grading, satellite verification and Takaful cover as the export chain.
How does logistics connect to Salam / forward financing?
For forward-financed lots, the logistics chain is the repayment trail — delivery is settlement. Each verified milestone (harvest confirmation, grading, gate-in at port, bill of lading, destination receipt) is evidence for the financier that the contracted commodity is moving to the offtaker, which is what de-risks Salam and similar structures on AgroHub.
🤝 Intended Technology Partner

To be powered by galaxefi® — Pakistan's Cross-Border Trade Operating System

AgroHub intends to build its logistics and trade technology on galaxefi®'s real-time platform — a private-sector Port Community System (FULPCON) that connects with Karachi Port, Port Qasim, and Pakistan Single Window (PSW). Under the proposed partnership, galaxefi would provide the cross-border trade operating layer — freight forwarding, port operations, customs, shipment tracking, and documentation — so AgroHub can focus on what it does uniquely: connecting verified Pakistani agri-exporters with Shariah-structured capital from Malaysia and the GCC.
